SERVICES

Supply and Cut
• Supply uncut & cut sheet to clients specification from thin floppy to very thick rigid plastics from sheet, tube, rod, bar & roll
• Supply of spheres, globes and special shapes
• Thin PVC and Polypropylene sheets from less than about 0.3mm to 1.2mm into shapes by guillotine or knife press in various colours
• Cutting by saw, router and laser and polish edges by diamond, flame and chemicals. Scrape and buff polish certain materials that can't be polished otherwise.
• Single bends and more complex shapes as company has access to multi bending equipment. Drilling, routing and other machining equipment is also available. Simpler sheet moulding work is also undertaken
• In-house design service from ideas or drawings and fabricate including bonding, welding or bolting etc
• UK wide delivery service
• Supply English speaking overseas client.
• 140 micron Polypropylene sheets for book covers up to large 400mm thick sheet Acrylic for deep aquariums.
• Light weight foams, fluted boards and low density composites.
