Our small hotel is a beautifully refurbished Inn in the attractive small village of Spilia . This area of Troodos mountain is known for its natural unspoilt beauty, moderate climate and relaxing environment which attracts many visitors every year. For the more active there is an abundance of sporting amenities from walking trails, bird watching and mountain biking for the summer and skiing and snowboarding in the winter. The ski slopes are just 10min. drive and 40min.drive is the beach of Limassol.
We have six rooms of various sizes and styles, all have a private W.C. and shower and large windows leading on to the verandah. The hotel, which was renovated in 2010, has central heating in all rooms for those cold winter nights.
The hotel accommodates a restaurant with 24 seats.

We are located in the mountainous terrain on the island of Cyprus in Europe, down the Mediterranean. Cyprus is a cross point of three continents, Europe, Asia and Africa.
The hotel is situated in the small village of Spilia, which is located in the Troodos Mountains, 1100M high. If you approach the village from Nicosia you pass the village of Kakopetria and driving further for 3 klm, you will see the sign to Spilia village. Take this turning towards Spilia and follow this road in the forest. You will reach the vilage after 4 klm.

These rooms have one double bed and one single bed. This is ideal for the small family. The room has a large window to the verandah, just the place to have your breakfast in the morning sun. The room is also equipped with a Satellite T.V.

Room No. 3
This room has an old-fashioned (traditional) four poster bed. The room is also equipped with a Satellite T.V. and mini-bar, as well as a large window leading out on to the verandah, and in the summer you can pick your own walnuts off the tree outside your window!

Room No. 6
This room is on two levels. The upper level has a double bed and dressing table as well as a window at bed height which looks out on to the mountains. The lower level has a small sitting area with a Satellite T.V. and mini-bar and large windows leading on the verandah.

Room No. 2
This room has one double bed and three single beds, which makes it ideal for the larger family. This room can also be used for small groups or a second room for a large family. The room is also equipped with a Satellite T.V.

There is a restaurant and there's a lounge with Satellite TV.
