This is a well known pub/restuarant in a rural village 2 miles outside of Bridgend. The restaurant provides 24 covers with potential for 30.

It is being run by the owner at present but after some market research we have found that what is needed is a 'gastro-pub' menu to be introduced using local produce and fresh ingredients. So a chef with experience in this area would be suitable.

We have decided to find a suitable person to work together with us and lease/rent the kitchen and restuarant. The arrangement is flexible and negotiable but would include a deposit, low weekly rental and an agreement over a split on the wet sales.

Bookings are already being taken for Christmas but there is scope to change menus etc.

What we can offer the partner is full support and maintainance of kitchen equipment and building, a partnership marketing strategy to cross-promote both businesses and a lovely working atmosphere!!
