Distributed nationally through Tesco, Asda, WH Smith and other major chains, this magazine title is known and trusted within the mind, body and spirit sectors.
Highly profitable with 13 volumes per year plus an Annual edition, total sales are circa £400,000 split across print advertising, digital sales, subscriptions and retail.
Readership including digital audience is over 50,000+ per month with a growing social network community.
