Choose to start your specialist recruitment business with us. CNA International was founded in 1993 and is an established and respected force in executive search. Now with over 20 offices across the UK and Europe, the majority of which are owned by our brand partners (franchisees), we are looking to grow to fulfill demand in this niche sector.

As full BFA members we are torch bearers for ethical franchising which is why we refer to our franchisees as ‘brand partners’, as that is how we view our relationship with them, a two-way partnership. We are flexible in how you pay your initial franchise joining fee.

Training and Support

As a CNA partner you will receive the industry’s best training and support. For example your business will be utilizing the industry’s leading back office systems as part of the Pertemps Group.

We also provide a unique full debt factoring service so you will NEVER be paid late! Every month on the 14th we pay you 100% of your last month’s invoices.

All these support services allow you to concentrate on running your core business safe in the knowledge that one of the most experienced and respected management teams in the industry is right behind you.
