- PokerRPG is a one-of-a-kind poker site that adds into the mix the popular game genre of role playing. There is no direct competition to the site and it is legal in all countries because all of the games on the site are for play money. The site has been in constant production for over 2 1/2 years and was released to the public just over 2 years ago for beta, and then released fully in July of 2007.
The site is 100% coded from scratch, utilizing PHP, AJAX, and MYSQL. The game is fully operational with much room to grow. There are no downloads as all poker games are able to be played in the browser.
What makes PokerRPG so unique is that it not only combines the wildly popular online poker with the role playing genre, but it includes vast community and social networking features to truly bring poker to web 2.0.

- Expansion potential:I am one person and have been running this game for over 2 years on my own with my own budget and no funding. I have also been going to college at the same time which has limited my ability to develop the site as much as I would like. The potential here is that this is a unique and very exciting website and with the right marketing and continued development of the site, I feel the possibilities are limitless. I have spent at most a few hundred dollars per month on advertising and seen huge growth from that small amount.
- Competition / Market:There is currently no direct competition. PokerRPG is unique and does not directly compete with poker websites or other forms of online gaming.
- Support & training:There isn't much needed in this way, but I can of course assist with any help or information that you would need.
- Reasons for selling:There are a few reasons for welling. First, I am a college student that needs money for college. Second, because I a college student I don't have as much time to comit to the site as I would like and I would like to see the site reach its potential. I don't feel like it can get there with just me working on it with little funding to properly get the word out.
