I opened the store with my partner but we ran into personal problems so I have to sell it. I have a construction company. My partner was running the store. I am not familiar with food business. I am asking just for fraction what I have put into the place !! This a great, great opportunity for food professional. Needs hands on management. Lot's of room to improve the business: lottery? Ice-cream? More conv.products? More kinds of cigarettes? Bagels? Local advertisement? Deliveries? Boar's Head/Thumanns cold-cuts? Those are only my ideas but I do not have time to implant them because I have my own construction business and I am very busy. This is really the best deal around.
