The franchise concept is a simple business plan which was conceived by the franchisor to respond to the need for an all women’s’ fitness facility that offers business hours, equipment, rate structure and an atmosphere that was attractive to women who wanted to exercise but did not want to join a mainstream gym. There are currently 250 members (including medical hold). Sign up fees vary based on various promotions during the year.

Franchise terms

A franchise transfer fee in the amount of $5,000 will be paid to the franchisor. The Franchisor will provide the purchaser with comprehensive training, for an additional $1,000, offered at its corporate headquarters. Airline charges, hotel fees and meals will be the responsibility of the purchaser

The current owner is in the 3rd and last year of the current lease, so a buyer will need to negotiate a new lease with the landlord.
