Location:
Buyer will need approximately 1,000 s.f. of general office space for ordering, correspondence and related activities. A second site will be required for munitions, chemical and product storage. Suggest a 2-5 acre parcel of land away from developed properties to allow for training, demonstrations, etc. Also suggest use of 3 to 5 portable storage lockers for storage of components to allow separation of materials for fire and explosive safety issues. Explosives bunker also recommended on site for final assembly and packing prior to shipment and distribution.

Seller will remain for 3-6 months depending on experience/background.
