Summary Description

Most of the revenue for this operation comes from sales but there is also some revolving income, based on annual tech support subscriptions. The present business has generated $110k in income the past 3 years, however, there is a new business model that brings in even more revolving income through monthly subscription web use. The new business model revenue streams include: 1.) global sales through a single version of the software application 2.) a web based version of the app for monthly subscription revenue 3.) paid for advertising within the application itself by industry wholesalers. Seen globally, these developments are HUGE in terms of revenue potential. Seller is willing to work with a buyer to bring to fruition the new business model and can also do an earn-out for some of the sale price. A decent portion needs to be a cash injection however. Currently has 60 clients in the US, Canada, and the UK (as well as 1 in Switzerland). The software is a business/project management database application. It enables the end-use to:
