I, Leticia Rojas, founded my company, Leticia, Inc. in 1994 and it has been fully operational for over 17 years. I am the sole owner of the company and have also been the company's only President and CEO. I am involved in all aspects of the business. The company is an MBE, WBE, DBE and SBE, all of which grants it certain privileges when bidding jobs. We are fully permitted to haul hazmat and nonhazmat in NY & NJ. We've been dedicated to hauling all types of excavated materials from NYC constructions sites, including federal, state & city jobs and also private jobs. Leticia, Inc. owns16 triaxle dump trucks and also operates with an additional 50 trucks leased to us on an as needed basis and then working under my permits & insurances. Our yearly gross revenues for have been as low as $5M but mostly has exceeded $12M. The company has been very successful in NYC metropolitan area and has well established goodwill and much blue sky. The company also has a long standing lease for the parking of the garage in a yard that also has a building where 2 mechanics do repairs. The company's debt does not exceed $350K.
