CONSTRUCTION STAKING - In addition to site plan design this firm offers construction staking for
construction companies and developers. In addition to the actual field staking, they provide stakeout results in both hard copy and electronic AutoCAD drawings and/or coordinate files.

CIVIL ENGINEERING - Providing up front and remedial consultation for commercial, residential multi-family and single family residential subdivision development projects. Specific areas of practice include site plan layouts with grade and volume calculations, subdivision design, road and highway layout and grade design, storm water and erosion control design, water line design, sanitary sewer design, pump station design, construction supervision, and erosion prevention and sediment control for DHEC inspections.

They are intimately familiar with the regulatory requirements and procedures of the State of South Carolina and North Carolina.
