How can I finance the MOSS  RID® Franchise?
The Franchise can either be financed from personal capital or from a business loan – most of the major banks have specialist Franchise departments as they view franchising as a safer way to start a new business. A leasing package is available to qualified applicants, substantially reducing the investment required - details available on request.

Can I run another business alongside the MOSS RID® Franchise?
For your Franchise to be a success you will need to commit all of your time to the business and any distraction from this could seriously damage your prospects.

How important is the corporate image?
Image will be vital to the identity of the MOSS RID® network as a whole and the successful development of all our Franchise ‘Partners’. Branding will be national as we try to create a highly professional image. All Franchisees will need to play their part in backing this up.

How will territories be protected?
Each Franchisee is awarded sole rights to a territory that no other Franchisees will be allowed to market in.

What skills do I need to be a MOSS RID® Franchisee?
We are looking for people that have the energy and motivation to create a strong customer base in a short period of time. You must be keen to run your own business, manage your own staff, focus on success and be prepared to put in the necessary time to make it happen. You must also have an interest and affinity with the services we provide. It is not necessary for you to have all the skills to operate the MOSS RID® Franchise, as you will be provided with the training and support.

Are there skilled roofers in my territory or will I need to train new staff?
There will probably be a number of skilled roofers within your territory but as part of your start up package we would include full training for yourself and your staff.

Will I be able to access ongoing support?
Yes – ongoing support will be available from a dedicated team within HQ who can be contacted by telephone or email during normal office hours.
