Global Cruising is a full member of the prestigious Leading Cruise Agents of the UK and a member of the Association of Cruise Experts giving their customers full access to exclusive cruise offers, news, training and information including a comprehensive and overbranded cruise magazine called Stowaway.

The Opportunity

The Travel Agent Franchise opportunity is unique in the Travel industry providing unrivalled access to key deals, a range of exclusive products and commission paid on deposit - an opportunity offered to only a select few UK agents.

The Global Cruising opportunity can be operated on a full or part time basis giving valuable supplementary incomes as well as concessionary cruise travel. To truly maximise this opportunity we would recommend that you have a minimum of 30 hours a week to commit although you can work up to this over a period of time.

As a licensee you will have access to our on line booking service Amadeus Cruise, your very own Global Cruising Intranet and you will be able to manage all customer bookings from your own home office.

Our core ethos is to provide unrivalled customer service, which a high street and its associated time constraints cannot deliver.
Once you have completed the training course we will provide you with access to an initial regional database of ex passengers. You can introduce your unique products and services to this database to establish an initial core membership.

Cruising is one of the fastest growing and most profitable sectors within the travel industry with over 20% of all UK holidaymakers now choosing a cruise in preference to other holidays. The Cruise Market is currently a 2.5 billion industry and is growing year on year.

With 12 million cruise passengers in 2007 and an expected number to rise to 17 million by 2010 it has never been a better time to be part of this exciting holiday market.

Training

Once you are accepted as a Global Cruising licensee you will immediately benefit from the comprehensive training programme. This covers in detail the business, the market and opportunity together with the corporate branding that is Global Cruising.

• The Company provide a comprehensive 2 day introductory training course including admin, product knowledge and sales/ marketing.
• On going and on line training, supported by ACE modules, together with regular Global Cruising seminars.
• Opportunity to familiarize yourself with products by taking educational cruises and ship visits.

Support

Global Cruising are extremely proactive in their lead promotional activies to generate a proportion of the leads to each franchisee.

• Bi – monthly 12 page A5 magazine 'Global'

Regionally supported marketing initiatives

• You will be provided with your own regionalised Global Cruising website – giving acces to national deals as well as your own regionally biaised deals.
• You will receive all nationally generated leads (either phone or electronically) that reside in your exclusive postcode area as well as a selection from national regions not currently supported by a franchisee
• You will be provided with an initial stock of marketing literature to aid direct mail initiatives.
• You will have access to heavily subsidised Teletext advertising.
• You will have the services of our Franchise Director to support any local marketing initiative

License Cost

The cost of the Global Cruising license is £9,899.00 + VAT at 15%.

The Franchisee

You do not need any previous cruise experience or credentials, but you should have a drive for success and possess good people networking skills.

Naturally, it is expected that individuals will be self starting, focused, hard working and looking to take advantage of the opportunity that Global Cruising provides.
