Employee Training - Our specialised, two-person cleaning concept and accompanying pay incentives attract staff that seeks part-time weekday employment, convenient hours and above average salaries.  These employees are among our greatest assets that are why the initial franchise fee also includes an exclusive and unique service worker selection programme to make sure you bring the right people into your business. merry maids provides training CD's on employee hiring, training and safety to reinforce and expand their initial training.

Equipment, Products And Supplies - Included in the initial franchise fee are the equipment, supplies and exclusive merry maids’ cleaning products to equip four two-person cleaning teams. Each cleaning team, when properly trained and scheduled, can clean two to three homes per day.  Our Resource Centre has over 250 company manufactured cleaning products in stock. Virtually any item can be ordered via the company's web shop. Each product is exclusively available to merry maids  owners at competitive prices.

The Marketing Plan
A comprehensive marketing plan will be put together for you during training. National and local support will be on hand for you to achieve your desired goals. We constantly strive to support you to grow your business. Management fees (7%) are paid as a direct percentage of your turnover, so if you grow so does we.
