Expansion : In our opinion there is considerable potential to expand the business with longer opening hours (currently from 7.30am to 6pm); the addition of an off-sales drinks licence; and expansion of the forecourt shop. Fuel supply:
We understand that the current fuel supply contract, with Total Oil UK Ltd, has approximately one year remaining. The expiration of the current agreement will present the new owners with an opportunity to negotiate favourable terms with the current, or a new, supplier. Staff: Currently run by a single proprietor with one member of staff. Reason for sale: The owners now wish to retire after 10 years’ successful trading.
