• Each Area Developer will actively operate 1 territory for themselves
• Each new franchisee that the Area Developer signs up will only operate for an average of 6 months in their first year, so their turnover in year 1 is assumed to half of what the Area Developer achieved in their first year.
• An average 20% Net Profit will be achieved by the Area Developer and all of their franchisees.
• The 1% Central Marketing Fund will still be paid to Kingsmaid and not to the Area Developers.
• The Area Developer will spend an average of £5,000 recruiting/training each franchisee, so makes a profit of £4,600 per sign up. (£12,000 - £5,000 - £2,400 royalty to Kingsmaid)
