The tiered garden has raised beds with mature shrubs and plants and a number of places to sit from which to enjoy the view.

The Boutique B&B has hosted a wedding, renewal of vows and parties but has not yet fully exploited this area. We are a fully licensed wedding venue. The Conwy Valley has healthy competition but we are by far the most successful cottages in our area.

We are nestled in the beautiful village of Rowen overlooking the mountains and lake. 5 minutes away is the historic town Conwy with it's beautiful castle.15 minutes away is Llandudno Junction, Betws Y Coed and a little further is Colwyn Bay. All of these are an easy drive and have many attractions for holidaymakers.

Locally we have a village pub, fisheries, village shop and pancake house to die for ! There is plenty to do on the door step - walks, bike rides, nature trails and superb horse riding. Morfa beach is 10 minutes away where we walk our dogs and ride our horses. The sunsets here are incredible.

Last year we opened the 5* Boutique B&B. We hosted our first small wedding, renewal of vows, parties and adventure weekends. The cottages bring in such a fantastic income with very little work that we have not really exploited the possibilities for the main house so we tend to use it as our main residence, but it's potentially a very lucrative business. The area is a popular destination for holiday makers but we have found that with our 5* status, location and facilities we are far busier than any others in the area.
