Business description
40 TONS GEM ROUGH MINED…AND SOLD IN 5 YEARS. PLUS: MD OPTION WITH 35 YEARS EXPERIENCE.
Since last year, the increasingly wealthy Chinese have started going crazy for Red Tourmaline.
Why?
The first…and last…Rubellite rush was when the Imperial Dowager Empress of China, Tzu-Hsi fell in love with the pink/red gemstone. Just before the Boxer Revolution, the now-famous Pala Tourmaline mine was discovered in San Diego, California. She bought vast quantities of it. Wealthy Chinese are always interested in passions linked to the Imperial Families and Culture. And they all pay big money for the Status.
Who knows why now? But the affluent Chinese have become passionate for Rubellite: perhaps in the sake of Tzu-Hsi. And rough supplies cannot meet the demand.
There is a World-Class...Proven...Rubellite mine for sale right now. The name is the Jagoda Mine™, in Zambia.
Below here is a brief outline of a 10-page Investment Proposal that was just finished writing: now also available Mandarin Chinese.

Gemfields (before it was purchased by a British-Petroleum subsidiary), was started by affluent Indians who bought a major share of KAGEM, the legendary Emerald operation in the Copper Belt of northern Zambia. Gemfields had offered to buy the Jagoda Mine™ for US$ 2 Million. Ms. Chan and Mr. Walker signed an MOU to that effect: to allow them to explore for 6 months, with the option to buy. Gemfields had paid a six-figure Non-Refundable deposit for that period of exploration time. For the substantial cash payment, they had an option to continue exploration for another 12 months. At the end of the option period, they were still too busy with their KAGEM Emerald-mining enterprise. So they asked for another extension of exploration time (2008). Chan and Walker decided not to extend the MOU, so they could consider all their other options. However, the fact that Gemfields – the top mine-producers of Zambian Emerald and Amethyst – was willing to offer US$2 Million, and put down a Sizeable non-refundable deposit is investor business-oriented proof that the Jagoda Mine™ is as good as the expert geologists and GIA believe it is. You can check out Gemfield Resources on AIM. They had the whole Jagoda story on their website during the MOU-Option period.
- Reasons for selling:
- Why is such a productive mine being sold? Once digging hit the water table, production figures soared so much that my friends, the Jagoda owners felt the operation was getting too big.
> As a “small” Company, the Jagoda Mine™ had already proven its vast reserves: using only one excavator and one dump truck
> Now, below the water-table, the Jagoda Mine™ proved to be far too big a deposit for a small Company
> The Mine Manager, already wealthy from his farming and game reserve before the Jagoda Mine™ started, decided to concentrate his energies to expand his Farm and Game Ranch. His interest and desire to face the new mining challenge evaporated
> The Jagoda Mine™ owners did not want to continue mining without their trusted Mine Manager. Financially, they were doing very well with their retail-jewelry shop in Lusaka, and wholesale gem marketing overseas.
