The Winery is established in 1964. At that time 90% of its production was for export to Russia. The winery has been private since 2001. The total amount of wine which the winery can store is 11 000 0000 liters. The total amount of wine sold for the last year is 750 000 liters. Nowadays, apart from selling its production in the domestic market exports to Holland, Switzerland, Poland, Romania, Japan, Russia and Ukraine.
Technical equipment
1. New electronic weighting machine with length 18 meters which allows weighting loads up to 60 tons.
2. Wine selling point where people can buy broached and bottled wine.
3. New Italian grape crusher, Milani, with capacity to process 25 tons per hour
4. Four Bulgarian grape crushers, one with capacity to process 50 tons per hour and the rest three 20 tons per hour.

6. 14 outside tanks for wine storing, 11 with capacity 200m2 and 3 with capacity 400m2.

8. Two floor cellar for fermentation of white wines in feed tanks.

10. Grain elevator for storing wine and fruit messes and boiling them afterwards.

12. New six vessels for thermo stabilisation each one of them with capacity 6m3.
13. New Italian bottling line- EuroStar.
14. New French machine for Bag in Box.
15. Four floor administrative building with 20 offices.

The Winery has gained a project from Sapard (European Union Fund Organisation) with the equivalent amount of 1 200 000 levas (600 000 Euros). The improvements have already started and the deadline to the implementation of the project is 31.05.2008.
The Sapard project includes:
• Entire isolation of tanks in the two cellars.
• Entire replacement of the window frames with aluminum ones in all the premises.
• Outside and inside whitewashing f the cellars
• Three rotor-fermentators. Each one of them with capacity of 35 tons of grape
• Two piston pumps
• One mono pump for grape mess
• Filters
Security
The winery has 24 hour security and video surveillance which includes 16 cameras.
