WINE FARM - WESTERN CAPE
DEVELOPMENT INCLUDES:
1) Furnished manor house that can be used as a guesthouse
2) 20 hectares of vineyards to be planted

HOME:
The manor house will consist of 4 en-suite bedrooms. It will be suited to serve as a guest house to generate extra income if owners so desire.
House to be fully furnished up to high standards. At least 2 extra cottages will be added for extra accommodation which will make the property more attractive as a wedding venue.
CELLAR AND VINEYARDS:
1) 20 Hectares of trellised vines to be planted.
2) Included will be the trellising and irrigation systems.
3) Vines to be planted according to the specifications of expert Viticulturist.
4) 5 Ha Shiraz – 5 Ha Pino Nior - 5 Ha Chardonnay 5 Ha Sauvignon Blanc.
5) 200 tonne Cellar to be constructed, installed with all the equipment needed for the production of high quality wines.
6) Cellar simultaneously to be layed out as a Wedding Venue.
7) Included will be a tasting room for promoting the wine.
WINE:
1) 48 000 Bottles of wine to be bottled under the farms brand.
2) Wine to be sold to the trade.
3) Marketing agents to be appointed.
4) Included in farm cost would be the design of branded labels, trademark registration in South Africa and Liquor licence application.
WEDDING AND CONFERENCE FACILITIES:
1) The Marketing strategy as Wedding Venue will benefit the branded wine and ensure sales.
2) The Wedding Catering and organising will be outsourced.
3) Will develop the farm as a well known brand.
4) Will supply demand of International wedding venues
FARM:
1) Farm will be large enough to allow future expansion.
2) Possible expansion include olive grove, more vineyards, horse paddocks, etc.
3) All the necessary farming equipment to be purchased included in price.
4) Renovations to be done to exciting buildings.
5) Included in development fee is all labour and management cost.
