Location:

Working with local schools in your area and during the summer weeks if you wish running summer camps at any open space or park near to your location, this really can be implemented anywhere with a small to medium size gym minimum up to any size. We have used rugby clubs, school gyms, campsites and local park facilities.

Premises details:

the only facilities really required are toilets, Ideally access to a changing room for changing weather but we have used our 'easy up' tents to provide cover. Not usually required because of when the camps run.

The potential for expansion is huge based on the target markets, we work in schools, with school kids on days off and during holidays, the number of days you wish to work in schools or over holidays i only limited by the amount of work you wish to put in. We currently only run 4 weeks on Vancouver Island during the summer months (as we like a summer holiday as well) and we work a couple of days each week with schools and local organizations.

Competition / Market:

We have found that our main competition is other summer camps that run daily activities such as soccer camps and local city run projects although because of our superior games and unique method of instilling teamwork and encouraging everyone to work towards a common goal, once educated parents prefer to use us. We have amazing references from principals, parents and kidz to show we can please eveyone involved. Our pricing is priced to be competitive yet affordable and we have several packages to suit multi children families

Support & training:

Full support will be given from head office and all owner operators will be required to attend 2 days training (weekend or weeekdays) at our Vancouver Island training facility near Port Alberni although this could be delivered locally at an agreed cost. Bi-annual training weekends on Vancouver Island, Monthly meeting (on line webinar), weekly teleconferences. 24/7 email contact and support. Based on the level of investment on site support during your summer camps may also be possible from our head coaches. On-line database support for all games through training video training.
