Wedding & Event Designers, incorporated (WEDinc) is a turn-key operation with a very low over head, high profit & tremendous growth potential. Our office is located in Pacific Beach, San Diego, California. WEDinc is under contract to coordinate events at two different venues. Both locations have ceremony & reception sites. The smaller of the two facilities is an historic landmark. A quaint English Tudor cottage, with a beautifully handcrafted wood interior, built in 1920. There is an outdoor patio & gazebo for receptions and can accommodate up to 80 people. Patio weddings for up to 120 are possible when the reception is being held elsewhere. The larger facility can handle up to 200 with a large, newly renovated chapel & an indoor reception hall. There is also an outdoor area with an incredible view for ceremonies. This facility is situated atop a hill with panoramic views of Mission Bay & the Pacific Ocean. WEDinc coordinates all aspects of the events at both locations including, but not limited to, catering, beverages, flowers, cake, limo, officiant, music, photography, rental equipment & service attendants. WEDinc owns all the necessary equipment for food service including chaffing dishes, serving utensils, coolers, salad bowls & hot plates. Both facilities own all the tables & chairs used for the various events. The table linens, china, glassware, flatware & canopies are rented, delivered & picked up at each event location as needed. WEDinc operates as a subcontractor to various wedding sites throughout San Diego but mainly at these two locations. Even though WEDinc was incorporated in 2001, we have been in business since 1994 with an excellent reputation in the community. At this reduced price, you will easily see at least a 100% return on your investment in the first year. The sales figures shown here reflect income for the smaller of the two facilities only as we have only recently been contracted to coordinate events at the larger facility. There are numerous wedding & reception sites in the San Diego area. We offer a unique service of providing all the various services for a successful event. Our lovely English cottage is also one of the few chapels that handles events for less than 100 people. Most places require a minimum of 100 guests & the client needs to arrange for all the services they require on their own. We are unique in San Diego.
Support & training:
This is a turnkey operation. Much of the day to day business can be conducted from a home office. All the bookkeeping is done with QuickBooks. Everything is in place for a very easy transfer of ownership. The current owners of WEDinc will agree to stay on for at least 30 days after the transfer of ownership to train the incoming owner. They will also be available to help with any questions the new owner may have in the future.
