We spent around three years developing an in-house project (www.aguide2.com) which was the creation of a large internet travel network consisting of tens of thousands of pages of country specific sites. Each country & US state is represented in the network with the prefix aguide2 e.g. www.Aguide2australia.com

Etc ... we have one for every destination the world!!

We sell these 'Aguide2' Travel sites to individuals to run as their own businesses from home.

We sell these travel sites through the web and over the phone at an average of £10,000 each

We have sold around 45 sites so far over the last 2 years on a small budget netting us around £450,000

Now with over 150 'Aguide2' sites still available for sale. The bulk of the prime sites still available for sale are the American states. We therefore have decided split off a separate sales site www.aguide2america.com to vend the US stock.

There is over £450,000 of sites to sell within www.aguide2america.com all published and online, the only cost would be a minimal advertising budget and your time.

How does the business work?

By placing advertisements in Daltons Weekly and several business for sale websites we generate leads interested in purchasing an Aguide2 websites and running it as their own business. The leads are directed to our sales website www.aguide2.com where they learn about the sites and opportunity. From here they can go ahead and purchase a site(s) online agreeing to the terms and legal agreement.

Once we are in receipt of funds the sale has been made and we transfer the domain name to the new owner and offer brief training over the phone. There is an obligation to a yearly hosting fee also.

The owner of the Aguide2america.com business would have the opportunity to use the same marketing route as above but focus on the many US based business for sales and business opportunity magazines and website to direct prospects to www.aguide2america.com

Why do we want to sell now?

We are primarily a small internet design business and despite the high profits and success achieved to date, we do not believe we have the marketing setup and skills or placement to take advantage of the true potential as outlined above in the US market.

Reasons for selling:

We are primarily a development and support company we simply do not have the time and resources to sell these US sites, hence the opportunity for other to run and profit from them. All be it we have run this very successfully and sold 50 sites at an average of £10,000 each, we have only sold 5 US sites (about £65,000 worth of sales). We are primarily a small internet design business and despite the high profits and success achieved to date, we do not believe we have the marketing setup and skills or placement to take advantage of the true potential as outlined above in the US market.
