We are looking for seed capital investors for an exciting new FIRST CLASS project in Tunisia. The 'International Riviera' is located on the Mediterranean Sea close to an established tourist destination. The Project Leader proposes to create along a 22km stretch of virgin beach front, what will beome known as the 'International Riviera'. This 'jet set' paradise will harbour some of the world's mst famous luxury destinations. Dotted along the specifically designed shoreline the group propose to re-create world famous locations such as Cannes, St. Tropez, Venice, Marbella, Portofino, Miami etc.

Each zone will be individually designed to replicate not only the inheret architectural characteristics but also the mod and the flavour of each of the diverse destinations. These independant villages will be interlinked by a series of lakes and canals.

Amenities will include 20 internationally recognised brand hotels includig traditional 5 star hotels and new luxury spa hotels. The group has also negotiated 6 Casino licences in order to receate a Vegas like strip.

A strong focus has been placed on the residential side of the project providing a diverse range of accommodation from apartments to luxury multi mllion dollar beach villas complete with their own beach.

The project leaders are looking for investors on two levels:

1. €500,000 upwards to assist with the initial costs;

2. Multi million euro investment by way of joint venture or outright purchase.

The project has attracted commitment from major brand hotels and well known entertainment companies.
