The Chalet is located in a traditional French hamlet just a 5 minute drive from the main ski lift and is on the main bus route.
St Martin offers a variety of shops, restaurants and bars and has often been referred to as the 'jewell' of the 3 Valleys as it is still a living village and not just a ski resort. Lift queues are relatively unheard of and parking is free. Planning and building has been strictly limited so that accommodation options remain fairly small in number with demand often far outstripping supply.

The business premises include an 8 bedroom ski chalet rennovated from a traditional Savoyard famhouse. Six of the bedrooms are ensuite and 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. Expansion potential:
The expansion potential in the winter would be to utise more of the bedrooms for guests. The current have a family and staff which use some of the rooms so additonal revenue will be created by using these rooms as guest rooms.

The summer business is a huge opportunity and each year the chalet only opens for a few weeks as the current owners prefer to spend the majority of this time ((July / August) on holiday with family and it should be noted that the chalet revenue over the winter season provides enough revenue to 'not have to work' in the summer if you don't want to!

Competition / Market:
Currently there are very few catered chalets operating in St Martin de Bellevile ( check Google) and therefore demand often outstrips supply. In the first year of operation occupancy was 79%. In the following 4 years, occupancy has been between 92 and 100% each year.
Support & training:
Support and training is offered throughout the set up period and during the first winter season if required. The owners are only moving 5 minutes away to persue their other business interests and will always be open to questions.
Reasons for selling:
The business is for sale as the owners are currently developing a new business (within the ski industry but not accommodation) and do not have time to operate both businesses.
Trading hours:
