Franchise details :-

1) Initial Fee £50,000 * (See note below) for a 10 year term.
2) Fit Out Costs – anywhere from £100,000 depending on site
3) Monthly fee – 5% of turnover (Excl VAT)
4) Marketing & Promotional fee – 1% of turnover (Excl VAT)

Bar Sport will pass on 100% of the discounts negotiated with their suppliers to the franchisees, a saving that will offset the 5% Management Support fee.

* For the first 10 franchisees to sign up the initial fee will be discounted to £35,000
