Business description

I currently hold a 30% share in American Developments and the Carpatia Resort and Conference Centre project.

I am offering a 10% interest in American Developments srl and in the Carpatia Resort and Conference Centre project for 1 Million Euro.

CURRENT STATUS

American Developments srl has entered into a public private partnership association contract with the City of Tarlungeni in Romania.

Under the terms of this public private partnership agreement, American Developments SRL retains 99% of the Carpatia project with the City of Tarlungeni holding the remaining 1%.

American Developments holds the exclusive development rights over the region.

American Developments srl owns the land in accordance with the official land title deeds.

American Developments holds 28,026,624.8 square metres or approximately 2800 hectares of land. The land has a current undeveloped value of approximately Euro 25sm or 700 Million Euro. This land holding provides an exceptional capital protection ratio for the investor.

American Developments srl is a Romanian limited liability company the three principal partners of which are, Mr Jim Shivers, Mr Brian Bonnema and Mr Robert Wileman.

A full Certificate of Urbanization has been completed and received on the property.

The PUG is completed on the property. This is the general urbanistic plan for the property.

Our architectural, engineering and design partners WATG have indicated that the Master Site Plan stage should be completed within 5 – 7 months
