The house has been designed so it can be used as one dwelling or with the use of lockable doors can be sectioned off for guest and owner use. The Lodge is situated on its own freehold title which also provides parking for 14 vehicles. Currently Swampys is generally managed by overseas guests under the guidance of the owner. This includes taking bookings, checking in guests and cleaning duties.
