Competition / Market:

In the inner Harbour there is a Restaurant which has been operating for approx 10 year and does Breakfast, Dinner and Evening dining, a fishing Club which does pub meals and drinks, and a new Bar Restaurant a little further over which targets a younger crowd later in the night. We have been operating very successfully four four years with the current bars in our area, and the new bar has not effected our turnover or profit.
