Expansion potential:

Currently running only between March and November. Could extend the season by offering long let self-catering accommodation during winter. Could expand accommodation by developing the attic above the garage into self-catering unit of 3 or 4 bedrooms, or into owner's accommodation, releasing two gound floor bedrooms in main house, or enabling whole house to be rented out on a self-catering basis. Competition / Market:

No other B&B of same size or facilities for miles in any direction. No other similar accommodation on the route from Laval towards Brittany. Close enough to Laval to attract business trade in the quieter season.
