It is used by members and non-members throughout the year and is also one of the main daytime meeting places for locals in the summer, who like to take a well-earned break between work shifts to come and workout.

The owner has made arrangements with many of the local Hotels to run exercise, aerobics and water aerobics classes throughout the summer months in their grounds. They also run Martial Arts classes and competitions throughout the year and have many guest coaches travelling from all over the world to provide instruction.
