- You buy your drinks requirements from us and keep the property, and fixtures and fittings in good order as well as meeting the running costs of your business.

- All remaining profits generated within the business are yours.

Take Exit 5 from M74 (North-West) and follow signs for A725 East Kilbride. On the A725 take the first exit for A724 [Whistleberry Road]. At roundabout, take the THIRD exit onto A724 [Glasgow Road]. The Stonefield Tavern is approximately 0.7 miles along this road on your left. Parking is available around the back of the outlet off Priory Street. There are shops and housing adjacent on the main busy thoroughfare.
