The Company provides services to many significant pipeline operating companies in the western United States. The Company advises its clients on all phases of their operations, including design, mapping, operational permitting, environmental permitting and testing, training compliance with safety regulations, due diligence and expert testimony in litigation support. Location of the Business offices is generally not an impediment to business as most work is conducted at the customers’ work site. The Pipeline Safety Improvement Act of 2002 and the Pipeline Safety and Reliability Improvement Act of 2006 collectively created a legislative mandate by the federal government which will create ongoing opportunities to advise and consult pipeline companies on testing, compliance and training mandates.
