The Company is a marketer and distributor of topical skin care products in the
prestige, mass and direct to consumer channels. The Company’s comprehensive line
is uniquely positioned to leverage proprietary formulations and take advantage of
consumers’ demand for efficacious products that are backed by science.
Since 2004, the Company has successfully incorporated distribution in high end
department stores such as Henri Bendel, Nordstrom, luxury spas and resorts and
mass chains as well as internationally.
Recent success with infomercials has opened a new and profitable platform for the Company that will also drive retail sales and
generate ongoing revenue. The company is focusing considerable efforts in the Direct
Response arena and sees this as a very profitable model for future growth.
2007 pro forma sales of $13M with EBITDA margins of 8.5%. 2008 projected revenue
in excess of $15M. Substantial increase in points of distribution supports increased
projections.
The ability to expand into new markets, introduce innovative new products and
improve supply chain efficiencies, presents the opportunity for margin upside.
Since its founding, the Company has generated considerable brand equity; however,
the awareness level among targets customer is still relatively low, providing significant
