The business is limited. The sale is instructed on a share transfer basis to include estimated net assets as at 30th June 2007 value £350,000. The price will be adjusted upwards or downward to reflect the net assets at completion. Net assets include debtors, creditors, fixtures and equipment. The business is available to enable our client to capitalize having developed the business over the last fifteen years. Our client wishes to act as a Consultant in a scientific role having relinquished Managing Director responsibilities after a suitable handover.
