Investment opportunities are being offered in a new School Project that aims to construct a 200,000,000 baht campus in Minburi, on the outskirts of the capital. The aim is to become the largest school group in the country over the next 10 years, by providing an innovative curriculum that gives international standard education to children of all ages. A fund has been set up to provide funds for the building of the first stages of the project, and to provide initial working capital, and an amount of 75,000,000 baht is the prerequisite. Investors have the opportunity to contribute 2,500,000 baht, 5,000,000 baht or 10,000,000 baht, and will receive interest of 12 percent, 12.25 percent or 12.5 percent per annum accordingly; there is no limit set as to how many units an investor can hold within the 75,000,000 baht limit however. The investment offers a very powerful investment with a solid return based on a two year exit strategy. Interest will be paid at the end of each year, and the final payment to redeem the shares will be made at the expiration of the full term. Funds will be held in a fully audited account and a security bond for the value of the shares invested and a redeemable share certificate will be provided, with security reliant on company equity and assets acquired. Three years has been devoted to the detailed planning of the project, and a detailed prospectus can be provided to interested parties. Minimum asking price: 2,500,000 baht.
