Having served a lengthy apprenticeship the managing director established the company in 1984. Since that time the business has grown steadily and consistently and is now one of the premier providers of scaffolding and scaffolding services in the South West.

The company supplies, erects and dismantles scaffolding across the region to a broad range of customers. It has a client base of around one hundred and twenty users. These include private customers, building companies, local councils, housing associations and utilities companies.

The freehold premises form part of the sale. They consist of a large warehouse covering 3000sq ft and a secure yard of 3500sq ft. There is also a large parking area to the front of the premises.

Competition / Market:

Advertising is limited to Thompson’s Directory and some local papers. All vehicles are sign written and every site carries billboards. There is no web presence.

Support & training:

There will be a full and professional handover for a period of not more than three months. This time period will be negotiated as part of the overall sales procedure.

The key director has decided to spend more time abroad pursuing other commercial interests.
