The Company sells and services a wide-array of vehicles and equipment sold primarily to large ranch owners within a 100-mile radius of Denver, Colorado. Products sold and serviced include trucks, trailers (horse, cargo, utility, dump, and recreational), skid steer loaders, tractors, motorcycles, all terrain vehicles (“ATV’s”), scooters, lawn equipment, utility vehicles, and generators. The Company is a dealer for several brands of skid steers, tractors, and horse trailers. The Company’s revenue mix in 2006 was comprised of trailers (54%), tractors/skid steers (12%), parts (11%), vehicles (6%), repairs (6%), ATV/scooters (4%), and other (7%). In 2007, tractor sales have increased dramatically and should continue to grow as a driver of overall sales growth.
