Removal – the above vehicles are all used to transport the contents of peoples’ homes around the country and possibly occasionally overseas. Storage – This is currently a rapidly expanding niche market with excellent potential to expand further. (70% of the business is storage)

The business currently has 547 250 cubic feet wooden containers, which are all rented at weekly rates of £9.50. The average rental period is 3 months. Customers have the option of packing the containers themselves or our client will undertake this on their behalf for an extra charge. Current occupancy rates are almost 96%.

Our client has recently had 43 secure steel rooms installed ranging from 25 sq ft floor size to 100 sq ft floor size. 20 were full within 1month. The rent on the 70 sq ft rooms are £21 per week

100 storage boxes if required.
