This Company provides all property maintenance services to commercial projects in various Colorado mountain towns. There are 3 main contracts, and several auxiliary clients within the commercial developments. Owner manages the staff, the accounting, the client relations, and is hands on at the client sites. There is 1 full time Lead Man at the largest client, and 2 part time employees at each of the additional main clients. Services include winter snow removal, to summer litter control, parking lot sweeping, landscape maintenance, minor irrigation installation and repair, and exterior building and lighting repair. Contracts are on a season basis to a annual service agreement. Rent for space is for a home office, and equipment is stored at the various client locations.
