Business description

The Training Division of a well established Thai company for sale. The division is the only internationally accredited Project Management training organization in Thailand and is affiliated with a well known US based university continuing education program. Also included are agreements to represent several international software companies that have been established within the market over the past 10 years. Ongoing training schedule is settled with clients included. At this time we are requested to do more work than we are able to accommodate and actually have to turn down work.

Currently located in Bangkok on Sukhumvit Road, but would have to be relocated.

Expansion potential:

There is unlimited expansion potential. We are selling this part of our business to raise working capital for our other services and cannot at this time provide the resources necessary to fully realize the potential of this business.

Competition / Market:

There is really no competition in this market for this training.

Support & training:

The existing owner would continue to promote the new owner and provide support as required for an agreed amount of time as well as promote the software and training services through a cooperation agreement between the new and old owner.

Reasons for selling:

At this time we cannot devote the time or resources required to truly do this justice. Also, as this is not a true core business of our company any longer, so we would like to find someone to carry on with the business and help it reach it's true potential. As mentioned elsewhere, we are also selling this as a means of raising working capital for our other core services.
