We are a New Zealand based software business. Our main product is Netcam Watcher Professional, a software digital video recorder for network cameras. We also have Webcam Watcher, an edutainment product.

Netcam Watcher Professional (and it's extension, Remote Control) is sold directly via our websites and via a network of around 80 resellers.

Last year profit was around $300,000 (exact details on request). The company has been operating for 8 years now.

What we are selling : The entire assets of Beau Software, including

-- source code for all our software, Netcam Watcher & Webcam Watcher. Written in Delphi
-- associated trademarks
-- software box artwork, CD label artwork, all logos, marketing materials

All have good Google Page Rank and search engine placement
