The Company is a foodservice equipment dealer serving the Southeast US. The Company
purchases foodservice equipment, supplies, and smallwares from manufacturers and sells
them to developers contractors, private establishment owners, and smaller dealers
throughout the Southeast. Delivery and installation is coordinated by the Company and the
Company works closely with architects and owners throughout design and construction.
With over 40 years in operation, it is well known throughout the restaurant and hotel
supply industry.

Equipment sales and related installation is the Company’s largest revenue source,
generating 74% of sales in 2007. Smallwares, consisting of bar supplies, glassware, china,
tabletop accessories, cutlery, and dishes comprised 26% of sales in 2006. The Company
has three showrooms for retail sales and a central warehouse facility. The Company works
in a stable and mature industry and
reinforces security by working across the major industry sectors to include
