To the rear of the bar are two fully tiled public washrooms. A ramp alongside the business leads to a basement storage area used to store the barrels and gas bottles. Opening hours 8.00 till 3.00 am, the Bar/Café has a Full music and food license.

The business is located on one of the principal entertainment streets in the resort amongst other music bars, restaurants and shops, with plenty of passing trade both day and night. A large mainly British holiday complex is situated 100 meters from the business and the road from this complex to the beach and resort centre has to pass the business. Several other hotels and apartment complexes are within a short distance of the business and many major tourist attractions are easily reached
