Fusion Bar in Perissa, Santorini is a brightly coloured popular bar situated in a prime location on Perissa's Main Road 3 minutes from the beach.
The large outdoor seating area and cocktail bar are set under giant palm trees offering a tropical feel - the perfect setting to relax whilst enjoying a cool drink day or night. Inside there is a large bar, a dancefloor and DJ area aswell as small kitchen and toilet facilities. There is a stockroom below and upstairs 2 rooms with twin beds, fridges and wc's.
We currently operate from April until end of October from 2pm until 3am and have party nights throughout the season, we are the original and best karaoke bar in the town.
Rent is 1000euros per month and includes the 2 rooms upstairs which we let out during the summer, the lease will be renewed with the new owners for six years, there is also the opportunity to rent the large studio above the bar, rent will be for a small charge negotiable with the landlord but we would include in the sale the double bed, tv, fridge, oven and washing machine.
All papers are in order for the bar, license, music license and fire so very easy to just change the names over. (We can also help you if required for all business contacts and suppliers)
The bar license is also valid for snacks so an opportunity to offer this too, we currently do coffees, beers and cocktails.
Stock included in the sale is 1 large chiller cabinet, 1 large fridge, wide screen tv, projector and screen, brand new Pioneer music system and lights, karaoke system, (coffee machine and 2 chest freezers are rented at no fee as we purchase ice and coffee from these companies).
The bar is English owned and I have run it for 3 seasons although the bar has been established many years. I have decided after 3 years to return to the UK. Business increases every year and as Easyjet now operate 3 times a week direct from London we have noticed a big difference.
