Operations:
The business operates from Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Customers are broken into 4 categories.

? Retail shops
? Training companies
? Obedience clubs
? Wholesalers

Terms of trade are about 80% on 30 day accounts and 20% C.O.D.

Products / Services:
There are three main product categories:

? Treats. Being consumable, this is an important segment of the business as it is an ongoing requirement. Profit margins are good and all product is locally sourced.
? Dog chains, leads, collars etc.
? Toys

In addition to the above, the business is the sole importer of a portable pet drink container. This is sold to the general trade but is also supplied to Kmart through a third party provider who has all the necessary expertise and equipment to deal with the major chain stores.
