A well known and easy to run business specialising in the ‘Contract Rental of Coffee Machines, Glass and Dish Washers’ to bars and restaurants across Mallorca. The high outlay cost in the purchase of these machines makes a ‘rental’ option an attractive alternative to the bar owners. Legal requirements now enforce the use of commercial dishwashers among most licensed businesses. There are currently 60+ customers on contract with the following equipment installed:
• Coffee Machines x 28
• Coffee Grinders x 22
• Glass/Dish Washers x 33
• Decalcifiers x 28.
The estimated resale value of the machines is 55,000€. The inventory is a mix of ages, but with the older machines, especially coffee machines in particular they work forever with some arguing the older the machine the better the coffee.
Rentals make up the bulk of the gross income declared at around 30,000€, but profits are also earned from machine sales and maintenance. Note only 3 days a week work is required in the summer and just 1 day in the winter. Overheads are low being home & only a workshop based.

Some basic electrical/mechanical knowledge would be useful, but not essential as the seller would be prepared to work alongside the new owner for a month or two to train as required.
