The only advertisement is a listing in the yellow pages. The owners receive and average food voucher of $3500 per month from the government to feed the children. Owners do not provide transportation for the kids; the parents are responsible to get their kids to and from the center. They are in their seventies and are ready to retire.

Center grossed $380,000 in 2008 and 2009.
