Business description
A very good place for a farm, a remote place far from any town or city (at least 3 km to the nearest town). The place has 10 ha building site wich include: several storage areas, 5 houses, 1 canteen, 3 cow houses (or for sheps), 1 big house for workers. We ofer 50 ha agricultural field and if you like to expand you can buy land from around the farm at a low price. The farm is suitable for any kind of agricultural busines beacause it has 10 ha where you can build anything you like. This farm used to be an sheep farm, it had more than 3000 sheeps but because it was run by the goverment they decided to put it to auction and so my parents purcase it in 1996 but without the sheeps, only the buildings and the land. Since than we are breeding cows in this farm but in small numbers considering the potential of the farm. We don't have the money to invest in it right now and because of personal reasons we have decided to sell it.
